Paul in action

Corporate burnout, fatigue and staff turnover are destroying potential and leaving problems unsolved. Talent is underutilized, or leaving the workforce. The only certainty is change.

Stress Fitness

RESILIENCE 2.0

We are the most overweight, depressed, addicted cohort of adults there has ever been - yet life has has never been so good.

Never before has there been so much discussion about psychological safety, self-care and trigger warnings - yet levels of corporate burnout have never been higher

The solution is Stress Fitness - defined by Paul as 'the modifiable capacity to efficiently activate and terminate the stress response and flexibly adapt to physical or mental challenges to enhance tolerance and/or performance.'

We need to combine psychological safety with stress fitness training to enable staff and organisations to function optimally.
